GUILLOTINE CUTTER – STOPPED CUT NTB-500 OR NTB-600
Cutter Guillotine Cut Stopped is a cutter that acts in two stages, in the first stage the cutting of a long rod in motion and in the second stage the cutting of this rod stopped in several parts in the final measure of the product, with precision and eliminating burrs. Available in useful widths of 500 and 600mm and can be dimensioned with special characteristics according to customer demand.

- Electro-pneumatic cutter, mounted on a monoblock tubular chassis.
- Guillotine cut system cutting from top to bottom, returning in the same cut, selectable.
- Length to be cut, adjusted by sensor.
- Fixed split wire holder for each cut to be defined.
- All moving parts are supported on bearings and bearings.
- Activation by gearmotors.
- Pneumatic system for falling overhead.
- Control panel attached to the machine, supplied with any voltage and frequency.
- Alarm device for breaking wires.
- Safety device on the cutting table doors.
- Optional: Electromechanical height adjustment system.
